The principles that will ensure we're on track to building the best product and experience for brands and 3PLs.
After spending over 12 years in logistics and technology, my co-founder Ben and I became obsessed with finding the most profitable and effective ways to run an ecommerce operation, all while delivering exceptional experiences to online shoppers.
Almost five years ago, we left our jobs with a bold goal: to build the most customer-centric 3PL. But early on, we realised that achieving this vision with the existing off-the-shelf WMS options on the market was impossible.
The WMS is the backbone of operations for millions of businesses. Absolutely essential, yet the available options are outdated and in desperate need of modernisation. So we built our own.
It's astonishing to us that while millions of people use warehouse management software every day, there isn't a single solution that's universally loved. That's where Pimento comes in.
Our Vision
We're building Pimento to be the first universally loved WMS, a platform for brands and 3PLs to create exceptional ecommerce experiences for their customers, while building profitable and sustainable businesses. Our vision is to provide the complete infrastructure for ecommerce logistics.

As former 3PL operators, we know the pressures of running a logistics operation, balancing profitability while managing tight margins. Pimento was built to run our own facility and we've never forgotten that journey.
To stay connected to the real challenges, we continue to work warehouse shifts and handle products ourselves. This hands-on experience keeps us close to the issues you face, allowing us to build tools not just for tracking inventory and orders, but for helping you grow a thriving and sustainable business.
