 The customs value is the declared value of goods for international shipping.


It is used for:


  • Customs clearance

  • Duties and taxes

When is it Required?

 Customs values are required for:


  • International shipments

  • Orders crossing borders


Not typically required for:


  • Domestic shipments

How to Calculate Customs Value

 The customs value should reflect:


  • The total value of goods in the order.


This can be based on:


  • Product price

  • Quantity


Example: 2 items × £25 = £50 customs value

Important Notes

  • Missing values may cause orders to go On Hold

  • Incorrect values can delay customs clearance
