Report Exports
The Exports page provides access to report exports that have been generated within Pimento.
Exports allow you to download data for use outside the platform.
What Are Exports?
Exports are downloadable files containing operational or reporting information.
These files can be used for:
External analysis
Internal reporting
Client communication
Record keeping
Understanding Export Statuses
When an export is created it is processed in the background.
Statuses may include:
Pending
Processing
Completed
Failed
Once an export reaches Completed status it becomes available for download.
Downloading an Export
To download an export:
Navigate to Reports → Exports.
Locate the export record.
Confirm the status is Completed.
Click the download icon.
The export file will then download to your device.
Making Exports Useful
Exports are commonly used to:
Build custom reports
Share operational data
Perform spreadsheet analysis
Archive information
Many businesses regularly download exports for management reporting.

Why can't I download my export yet?
The export may still be processing.
