How to Log in as a Client (Operator Guide)
What does Logging in as a Client mean?
Logging in as a client allows you to view and manage Pimento from that specific client’s perspective.
This is useful when you need to configure settings or perform actions that are specific to that brand.
When do you need to log in as a Client?
You should log in as a client when:
You need to configure brand-specific settings
You are creating or managing teams for that client
You want to view the platform as the client would see it
You are troubleshooting issues specific to a brand
How does it work?
From the Clients page, you can select a client and choose to log in.
Once logged in, your view will switch to that client’s environment, allowing you to interact with their data and settings directly.
Important Notes
Logging in as a client does not create a new account — it simply changes your view. Make sure you log out of the client when finished to return to the operator view.
