Setting up Warehouse Cutoff Times
What is a Warehouse Cutoff Time?
Warehouse cutoff times define the latest time orders can be placed for processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after the cutoff time are usually processed on the next available business day.
Cutoff times help warehouses manage:
Picking schedules
Packing schedules
Carrier collections
Staffing expectations
Daily fulfilment planning

Daily Cutoff Times
The Daily Cutoff Times section allows you to configure processing times for each day of the week.
For each day, you can:
Set a cutoff time
Open or close warehouse processing for that day
For example:
Monday cutoff at 12:00
Sunday closed
If a day is marked as closed, orders placed on that day may roll over to the next available processing day.
Open and Closed Days
Each day includes an Open / Closed toggle.
Open
Orders can be processed on that day.
Closed
Orders will not be processed on that day.
This is useful for weekends, holidays or non-operational warehouse days.
Next Order Cutoff
The page also displays the next upcoming cutoff time.
This helps warehouse operators quickly understand when the next processing deadline will occur.
Processing Configuration
The Processing Configuration section allows you to define the number of business days required to process different order types.
