Shipping Services Page Overview
What is the Services Page?
The Services Page is where shipping services are managed within Pimento.
Shipping Services determine which carrier services are available for orders and shipping rules.
This page allows you to:
View configured shipping services
Filter services by carrier or product
Add new shipping services
Enable or disable service availability
Manage shipping lanes and package types
You can access this page via:
Shipping → Services

Understanding the Services Table
The Services table displays all currently configured shipping services.
The table includes information such as:
Carrier
Product
Package Type
Lane
Enabled Users or Clients
This gives you a quick overview of what shipping services are currently active within your account.
Filtering Shipping Services
The filters at the top of the page allow you to narrow down visible services.
You can filter by:
Carrier
Product
Package Type / Lane
This is useful when managing large numbers of shipping services across multiple carriers.

Carrier Selection
The Carrier dropdown allows you to choose a specific shipping provider.
Examples may include:
Royal Mail
DPD
DHL eCommerce
APC
Selecting a carrier filters the available products and services related to that provider.
Product Selection
After selecting a carrier, the Product dropdown displays the available products that carrier provides.
Examples of products may include:

International Services
These products represent shipping service offerings supplied by the carrier.

Lane / Package Type Selection
The final dropdown allows you to choose the shipment lane or package type associated with the service.
This may include:
Domestic Parcel
Domestic Large Letter
International Parcel
Specific destination lanes
Lanes help determine where and how shipments can be sent.

Service Availability
The right-hand side of the table displays which users or clients currently have access to the service.
Ticked checkboxes indicate the service is enabled for that user or client.
FAQs
Why can’t I see products for a carrier?
The carrier may not be connected correctly or may not provide available services yet.
What is a shipping lane?
A lane represents the shipment route or shipment type being used.
Can multiple services exist for the same carrier?
Yes — carriers often provide multiple shipping products and service types.
Do all users see the same services?
Not necessarily — services can be enabled or disabled for different users or clients.
