Understanding Order Statuses (What Each Status Means)
What are Order Statuses?
Order statuses show the current stage of an order as it moves through fulfillment in Pimento.
They help you understand:
• What stage the order is at
• Whether any action is required
• What has already been completed
You can view order statuses directly on the Orders page or within an individual order.

How Statuses Change
Orders move through statuses automatically as they progress:
Processing → Picking → Picked → Packed → Shipped
However:
• Orders may move to On Hold if an issue is detected and it will require something to be done
• Orders can only be cancelled before the picking stage
If an order is not progressing, check if it has moved to On Hold.
Important Notes
On Hold is the only status that requires action
All other statuses reflect normal fulfillment progress
Status updates may be automated through workflows
