A Manual Top-Up allows funds to be manually added to a client's wallet balance within Pimento.
Wallet balances are used to cover operational costs such as shipping, fulfilment services, and other chargeable activities. Whilst many top-ups may happen through normal payment processes, there are situations where an administrator may need to manually add funds.
Manual Top-Ups provide a controlled way to increase a client's available balance without requiring the client to complete the process themselves.
