EXW

Also Known As: Ex Works

EXW means the seller makes the goods available at their premises, and the buyer is responsible for all transport, customs, and risk from that point onwards.

EXW gives the seller minimal responsibility and places full control with the buyer. It is typically used in B2B or wholesale scenarios where the buyer manages their own logistics and shipping arrangements.
